    Kev has been an integral part of my journey through adulthood, whilst I don't think he should be the first choice for any child's role model he entertains, educates and gets his opinion across like nobody else in the industry can. It's just a shame we're not likely to see him perform in the UK again... :-(

    First came across Kev's stuff on a bootleg tape (that I now know was a copy of the 2nd album) that was doing the rounds at Uni in 1988 before you could actually find his stuff to buy in the UK. We wore that tape out on drunken nights - far more fun than doing any studying.

    I think he's absolutely fantastic! Got given tickets by a friend for my birthday few years ago, and been going to see him in Swansea ever since. Makes me laugh when sometime I really shouldn't lol Got all his and Jenny's albums on my iPod and listen to them when I need cheering up. Best anti depression medicine you will ever get!

    Because way, way back in my younger days I was a bit of a smart ass. So one night out on the town trying to impress the ladies by being a dickhead and heckling the old Kev. He quit calmly put me in my place (several times). Tort me a valuable lesson that I remember to this day. Don’t fuck with the Kev-star. Everybody else is fair game! (No, only joking. The real lesson was sit down, shut the fuck up, don’t be a dick head and let the gentleman do his thing.)

    I love Kev because i think everyone should live by the motto of Dilligaf!! His Santa Claus Song makes me smile at a time of yr im not overly fond of. All his songs conjure up such great imagery - Grandads got a bone i can actually see happening. His blatant disregard for authority with you cant say C@#t in Canada has to be applauded. Plus reading his book has got to be better than these festival of life leaflets.

    would love the book for my husband who unfortunately missed his final show ever in northern ireland (17/11/2012) because he was admitted to hospital that week and was only released the same day as the concert.....which infact was his birthday...never sooooo gutted in my life because I had got the tickets many months before hand and i aint that good at keeping secrets but i did and it was a complete waste of time!
