KEV & the KREW were in Scotland over the weekend, and if you weren't there, or haven't already heard, it was one for the books. Apart from being a tour highlight, KEV reckons personally,  it'll go down as a career highlight for him too.
As part of the  RHYTHMS & ROOTS TV SERIES, KEV & JENNY were in Scotland back in February. For that episode KEV, as he has done for every episode, wrote an original song that he recorded with local musicians.
Only for this episode, the 'local musicians' happened to be none other than the world famous RED HOT CHILLI PIPERS 
KEV contacted the boys leading up to the Scotland shows, and asked if they'd join him on stage in Glasgow and Dunfermline . He wanted to perform his R&R song, "Scotland in Spring" live with the band. They said yes, a *film crew was brought in, and we CAN'T wait to see how it all turned out.
For those of you lucky enough to be at the shows, we have been receiving some amazing feedback. From the surprise of KEV performing a 'straight song', to the excitement of seeing these two acts together on one stage.
To quote KEV, "....not only are they the best at what they do, the Chillis are fuckin' top blokes!"
